August 2nd – Come and join us in the “Rage Against the Regime’” It’s a peaceful protest against the current administration in Washington. We will be at the of Hwy 13 and 64 between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Bring your signs to defend democracy.

The conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusivity is expanding daily and will continue to evolve in 2025. While we have seen some improvements in creating a safe and accepting space for all people, there’s always more work to do. A peaceful and productive society is dependent on both diversity and inclusion. The Democratic Party of Taylor County supports diversity and inclusion.
July is Disability Pride Month, celebrating the achievements and contributions of people with disabilities. This month also includes significant cultural and national observances that promote equality and inclusion.
